the accg.copy of a despatch from the
Govr. of Hong Kong asking that four
Asst.Mistresses should be selected at a
early date for the Education Dept. in
that Colony.
2. The applications of Miss
Barth and Miss Ralls referred to in
para.4 of the despatch are being
considered in this Dept.
